By connecting to our aware-Self we discover an unshakable inner peace and an alive freedom; even in the most challenging times.

There is an aware being that resides in the centre of each one of us, that has a natural reservoir of compassion, forgiveness, unconditional love, peace, joy, creativity and unlimited possibility.

The very qualities our thoughts try so hard to find are already there, if only we awaken to them.

Our Hidden Centre - The Aware-Self

Our aware-Self is our centre and has always been from our earliest moments before we were conditioned by the world around us. It is our free, open-hearted being, un-chained by the limiting judgments and reactions of the mind.  Our aware-Self doesn’t possess a limiting, judgmental or fearful internal dialogue.

In infancy, as our aware-Self, we didn't suddenly stop and anxiously think, "Does my bum look too big in this nappy"?   That neurosis is yet to come with the arrival of the thought-led mind.

In Awareness we find our original quality of being and unlock our deeper potential, as well as the power to dissolve the challenging feelings and emotions that our thought-led mind can only push away, run from or recycle.  

Awareness is the level above positive thinking because it operates in the now, the present moment. In Awareness we transcend both positive and negative thought and we awaken to and utilise this deeper intelligence.  The good news is, we all have it; the not so good news is most of us don't consciously use it, until we learn how.
