How Do Coaching Sessions Work?

I tailor my approach to your individual goals. Sessions are based on a continual process of evaluation, goal setting, action and steps.

 

Coaching takes place in the comfort of your home, office or any other quiet place you prefer. Sessions are agreed to a frequency that allow us to properly track and support the realisation of your aims.

How Long Is the Process?

The length of coaching can vary, from short periods to a longer-term relationship, especially when working with deep-seated habits and recurring issues. Ultimately, one of my aims is to help you become Self-sufficient within a realistic period of time.

 

To start, it is often useful to begin with a fairly long first session (90 minutes) so we set the ground work, get to know each other and continue building the foundations of trust.

 

After this, sessions tend to normalise to approximately 1 hour and we agree any integration work that might be required between sessions to support you.

 

Depending upon the issue, weekly coaching can be best at first, then reducing to monthly or bi-monthly sessions. Naturally, we can always maintain our contact via telephone or Skype, to work around busy diaries and schedules.

 

Coaching is a little like planting new seeds in the soil. The mind quickly becomes eager to see instant results when consistent nurturing is required to see new healthy shoots appear.
