An Unshakeable Freedom
We
all know how easy it is to be led by our thoughts, but it's not so easy to maintain contact with the aware-Self, beneath
our thoughts, that is always free, open and fulfilled. If it were, we would have dissolved the relationship
conflict, unhealthy emotions, poverty and general unhappiness that taunt humanity.

Who are we if we are not our thoughts?
Our aware-Self, is intelligence different and deeper than thought.
It is there to naturally, intuitively guide us; a life enriching force. Until it is recognised, tapped into and nurtured
it is often pushed aside by the constant stream, repetition and dominating tendency of our conditioned, internal dialogue
- Which is sometimes creative but also judgmental and often very destructive.
Because the voice in our head is so dominating we mistake the voice to be who we are and
we lose sight of our inner power, free spirit and loving nature as the internal dialogue recycles the same or similar
frustrations, conflicts and relationship discords.
Deep inside, we know that our frustrations and unhappiness can only be healed by an inner freedom and that we
have to stop searching outside of ourselves for the answers that cannot be found in seeking 'more'.
We decide to begin a new relationship with our Self and life
takes on a new quality, energy and depth of meaning.

What happens without Awareness?
The combination of limiting thoughts and feelings won’t slow or dissolve
until we integrate three basic steps
- We catch out our
own psychology - The limiting thoughts, beleifs and stories of the mind
- We spend more life operating from our authentic Self
- We learn how to stay close to the present moment
Then we can truly use thought to its greatest capacity, instead of 'it' using us.
Until then we will be at the mercy of our thoughts. Yes we might 'get
by' physically and financially but in relationship with ourself and others we'll come up against the same old blocks –
light, happy and creative thoughts one moment, troubled, apprehensive or corrosive the next - All hidden behind the positive
masks we show to others.
