We all have a personality but what does 'personality' really mean?
Generally
speaking, it describes our own repeating patterns of behaviour, thought and emotion.
Research has found that personality tends to be fairly consistent throughout our lives, and that key aspects
may already be in place when we are very young.
Many of the positive-negative personality traits that we now have as adults are unconsciously conditioned into us
during the first six years of our life.
This explains why we sometimes we fall back into
old and limiting behaviours, thoughts and emotions, that have been around for many years; even when we would hope
we can grow beyond them.
One of the most interesting aspects of personality therefore is to understand
how the positive parts we like and the limiting parts we are unaware of, directly shape and affect our happiness,
relationships and success.
And then, from our center, how we make adjustments to enrich our life.
